Ty Adams is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He joined the firm in 2018. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He represents clients in shareholder class action lawsuits, securities litigation following mergers or acquisitions, matters involving business torts, and contract disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Ty clerked for The Honorable Federico A. Moreno, United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of Florida. Prior to law school, Ty worked as a financial services consultant for a large Chicago-based consulting firm that specializes in risk mitigation, business operations improvement, and internal audit.
